Meet the Family Behind Milk & Honey Barn

Hi! We’re Jon and Amanda, and along with our three boys, Myles, Judah, and Remi, we’re the family behind Milk & Honey Barn.

This barn started as a dream on our family’s property, but somewhere along the way, it became so much more than a building. It became a place we prayed over, worked on together, and dreamed about filling with families celebrating some of life’s sweetest moments.

Milk & Honey Barn has truly been a labor of love for our whole family. There have been long days, plenty of dirt and sawdust, lots of learning as we went, and more than a few moments when we had to simply trust that God would make a way. And time after time, He has.

That’s really where the name Milk & Honey comes from. It’s a reminder to our family of God’s goodness and faithfulness and of the blessings He has so graciously given us. Our prayer has always been that this would be more than a beautiful place to have a wedding—that it would be a place where people feel welcomed, where families come together, where marriages begin, and where some really wonderful memories are made.

Our boys have grown up right alongside this dream, watching the barn take shape and pitching in along the way. So when you celebrate here, you’re not simply renting a venue. You’re being welcomed onto a little piece of our family’s home, and we don’t take that lightly.

It’s an incredible privilege to watch couples begin their marriages here and families gather to celebrate the people they love. We’re grateful for every person who walks through these doors, and we hope you feel a little bit of the love, prayer, and heart that went into building this place.
