Milk & Honey Barn does not provide wedding planning or day-of coordination services. We highly recommend hiring a planner or day-of coordinator to manage your timeline, vendors, wedding party, ceremony, reception, and other event-day details. We’re happy to provide recommendations for coordinators and planners we’ve worked with before.
A Milk & Honey Barn staff member will be on-site during key times of your event, but their role is limited to venue-related needs only—such as lighting, HVAC, facility access, and addressing issues related to the barn or property.
Venue staff do not coordinate vendors, manage the wedding timeline, direct the ceremony or wedding party, oversee decorating or cleanup, or perform the duties of a wedding planner or day-of coordinator.

Yes! A one-hour wedding rehearsal is included with your venue rental and is typically scheduled Monday–Thursday during the week prior to your event. Rehearsal times are coordinated in advance based on venue availability.
For couples who would like additional time at the barn, we also offer a night-before rehearsal dinner and early decorating add-on for $1,500, which provides additional access to the venue for your rehearsal, dinner, and wedding-day setup.

Yes! Milk & Honey Barn is fully climate-controlled for every season. During the warmer months, the barn is air-conditioned to keep your guests comfortable. In the cooler months, the entire barn is heated, including radiant heated floors throughout the indoor space for added comfort.
Our covered side porch also features radiant heated floors, making it an inviting space even on chilly evenings. In addition, we include two outdoor propane fire pits upon request, giving your guests a warm and cozy place to gather and enjoy the beautiful outdoor setting throughout the year.

We welcome décor that highlights the natural beauty of the barn!
Only freestanding decorations are permitted—no nails, screws, tacks, or holes of any kind.
Command strips may be used for lightweight items.
For safety and cleanliness, glitter, confetti, and birdseed are not allowed. Exit and ceremony toss items must be biodegradable, such as petals, herbs, or dried lavender. Bubbles are also allowed and make for a fun, guest-friendly option!
Unless additional venue access has been arranged in advance, decorating must be completed during your contracted rental period on the day of your event.
Open flames are not permitted inside the facility, but battery-operated candles and lighting are a wonderful alternative.
Sparkler departures are allowed and always make for a magical send-off, though we do require the extra long sparklers for everyone’s safety.

Absolutely! We love when couples include their furry friends in the celebration. For everyone’s safety and comfort, pets must remain on a leash while on the property. If your pet isn’t being supervised, they’ll need to be kept in a crate.
